Consult
We’ll start by talking through what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you want to get back to doing. We’ll also review your health history, activity level, and any factors that may be contributing to the problem. This helps us understand the full picture before we move into the exam.
Exam
Your exam is focused on finding what may be driving your symptoms, not just where it hurts. Depending on your presentation, this may include movement testing, orthopedic testing, neurological checks, range of motion, and other focused assessments. The goal is to identify the areas that need the most attention.
Treatment
When it’s clinically appropriate, treatment can begin during your first visit. Care may include chiropractic adjustments along with other techniques we use in the office based on your needs. We’ll choose the approach that best fits what we found during your exam rather than using the same treatment for everyone.
Personalized Recommendations
Before you leave, we’ll explain what we found and what we recommend moving forward. You’ll get a clear idea of what may help, how often we think care may be useful, and what you can do between visits. Our goal is to give you a plan that makes sense for your body, your schedule, and your goals.
