​Trademark Chiropractic may periodically offer discounts, promotional pricing, introductory offers, reactivation offers, referral benefits, membership pricing, package pricing, community appreciation programs, and other special offers. This policy establishes general terms that apply to these programs unless different terms are expressly stated for a specific offer.

Eligibility

 

Discounts and promotions may be limited based on eligibility requirements established for the applicable program or offer.

 

Eligibility may depend on factors such as:

• New or returning patient status.

• Participation in an eligible membership or package.

• Military, veteran, family, first responder, or other qualifying status.

• Referral program participation.

• Dates or time periods specified in an offer.

• Other requirements stated with a particular promotion.

 

Trademark Chiropractic may request reasonable information or documentation necessary to verify eligibility. 

 

One Discount or Promotion Per Transaction

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts, promotional offers, special pricing, referral benefits, or similar offers may not be combined. Only one discount or promotional benefit may be applied to a transaction. When an individual qualifies for more than one available discount or promotion, the individual may use the single eligible offer applicable to that transaction.

Memberships and Packages

​

Certain discounts may be applied toward the regular purchase price of eligible memberships or visit packages when specifically permitted by the applicable discount program. Membership enrollment remains subject to the applicable Trademark Chiropractic membership agreement. Packages remain subject to the package terms in effect at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing cannot be combined with an additional discount when purchasing a membership or package.

New Patient Offers

​

New patient offers are available only to individuals who satisfy the eligibility requirements of the applicable offer.

Promotional new patient pricing does not guarantee that any particular treatment will be clinically appropriate. Treatment recommendations remain based on the patient's examination, clinical presentation, and the professional judgment of the treating provider.

 

A new patient promotional visit does not require the patient to purchase a membership, package, or additional service unless expressly disclosed in the terms of the offer.

Reactivation Offers

​

Reactivation promotions may be limited to established patients who have not received care from Trademark Chiropractic for a specified period and who otherwise satisfy the requirements of the applicable offer.

Additional eligibility requirements may be stated with the promotion.

Military & First Responder Discount

​

Trademark Chiropractic maintains a separate Military & First Responder Discount Policy.

Eligible individuals may receive the benefit described in that policy after reasonable verification of eligibility.

The Military & First Responder Discount is subject to the one-discount-per-transaction rule unless Trademark Chiropractic expressly states otherwise.

Referral Programs

Trademark Chiropractic may periodically offer referral benefits.

Referral programs may have separate eligibility requirements, limits, qualification periods, maximum benefits, and other terms.

Participation in a referral program does not guarantee eligibility for any other discount or promotion.

Clinical Independence

​

Discounts and promotions do not determine clinical recommendations. The availability of a discount, promotion, membership, package, or special offer does not guarantee that a particular healthcare service or frequency of care is appropriate for an individual patient. Clinical recommendations are made based on the patient's individual circumstances and professional judgment.

No Cash Value

​

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts, promotional benefits, and special offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Errors and Eligibility

​

Trademark Chiropractic reserves the right to correct pricing or promotional errors and to decline a discount or promotion when applicable eligibility requirements have not been satisfied or reasonably verified.

Changes to Programs

​

Trademark Chiropractic may modify, suspend, or discontinue discounts, promotions, or appreciation programs prospectively, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions or other rights that cannot lawfully be modified.

Specific promotional terms presented at the time of an offer or purchase may supplement this policy. When specific written terms differ from this general policy, the specific terms applicable to that offer or transaction will control to the extent permitted by law.
